Join our dedicated team as a Warehouse Associate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! We are seeking motivated individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including receiving and stocking merchandise, accurately picking and packing orders, preparing items for shipment, and maintaining an orderly and safe working environment. This role is integral to our logistics success, ensuring that inventory is managed efficiently and customer orders are fulfilled promptly. Safety is paramount; all associates are required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and rigorously follow all established safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace. The ideal candidate will be reliable, possess good physical stamina for tasks involving Lifting, and demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specified requirements.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Assist in optimizing warehouse workflows and logistics processes.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to handle frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety best practices and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
