Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming materials and products.
- Pick, pack, and assemble customer orders with precision.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, after appropriate training and certification.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and meets all Safety standards.
- Strictly adhere to all company Safety policies, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Identify and report any damaged goods, safety hazards, or operational inefficiencies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
- Support various warehouse functions as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in operating material handling equipment is a significant advantage.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs, and standing for extended periods.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
