We are seeking a motivated and reliable Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Tampa, Florida. This role is critical to our daily operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders, as well as maintaining an organized and clean work environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using a handheld scanner or other designated equipment.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Verify order accuracy against shipping documents.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts, as needed and after proper training.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly fulfillment goals.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or discrepancies to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to Safety and following all guidelines.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial.
