In this role, you will be responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders by selecting items from warehouse shelves and preparing them for shipment. Your primary focus will be on speed and accuracy, ensuring that all orders are picked correctly and efficiently. This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for long periods and performing frequent Lifting of items up to 35 lbs. We are committed to a safe working environment, so adherence to all Safety policies and the correct use of PPE is mandatory. A good sense of direction within the warehouse and the ability to interpret pick lists or use scanning equipment are essential. You will play a crucial role in our logistics chain, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products according to order tickets.
- Stage picked items for quality control and packing.
- Maintain tidiness and organization in picking areas.
- Follow all company Safety rules and regulations.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Meet daily picking quotas and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is beneficial.
- Ability to handle frequent Lifting up to 35 lbs.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety practices.
- Understanding of Logistics operations.
