We're hiring Picker/Packers in San Antonio, Texas! Become a vital part of our warehouse operations, ensuring that customer orders are picked and packed with precision and speed. This role is critical for maintaining the efficiency of our logistics network. You will be responsible for locating items, verifying their accuracy, and preparing them for shipment, all while upholding the highest standards of safety. Use of required PPE is mandatory, and you'll be trained on safe lifting techniques. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are key. Your daily tasks will involve:
- Accurately selecting products based on order fulfillment sheets or scanner data.
- Packing items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Verifying order details against picked items to ensure accuracy.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Following all company safety rules and guidelines.
- Properly using all assigned PPE.
- Performing regular lifting of packages and products, up to 50 lbs.
- Contributing to the efficient flow of our logistics operations.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily targets.
- Assisting with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Understanding and applying safe lifting practices to avoid injury.
