Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations and staff.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and operational planning.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Physical ability to perform tasks related to warehouse operations, including safe lifting.
