Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Boston, Massachusetts! As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing staff, and ensuring efficiency and safety within the facility. Your leadership will be critical in coordinating all aspects of warehousing, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping. You will play a key role in implementing best practices, optimizing workflows, and maintaining high standards of productivity and accuracy. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct the daily activities of warehouse staff.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate processing of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
  • Implement and enforce all safety regulations and company policies, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
  • Monitor productivity and implement strategies to improve performance.
  • Resolve operational issues and address staff concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role is required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Commitment to safety and ensuring all staff adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
  • Ability to handle physical demands, including occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications are a plus.
