As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to the smooth functioning of our warehouse, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. You'll work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of all warehouse processes. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and designated areas with incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specific requirements.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all PPE guidelines.
