Kickstart Your Career in Digital Marketing Are you passionate about marketing, data, and problem‑solving? Join our digital team as a Digital Marketing Apprentice, specialising in SEO and PPC. You'll learn how search engines work, how paid campaigns are created and optimised, and how data drives marketing decisions—all while gaining hands‑on experience and a nationally recognised qualification.
What You Will Learn
How Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns are built, monitored, and optimised
SEO fundamentals: keyword research, on‑page optimisation, and technical checks
How to analyse performance data and identify trends
How content optimisation improves search visibility
How SEO and PPC work together to drive traffic and conversions
Your Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Assist in building and monitoring PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
Conduct keyword research for SEO and PPC
Help write and test PPC ad copy with support
Optimise campaigns (keywords, bids, budgets, targeting)
Review landing pages and recommend improvements
Assist with on‑page SEO tasks: metadata, internal linking, and content updates
Support technical SEO checks and flag issues to the team
Collect data for reports and summarise performance insights
Keep up to date with platform changes, search trends, and algorithm updates
Collaborate with the wider team on content planning and marketing activity
What We Are Looking For
Genuine interest in digital marketing, search engines, and analytics
Comfortable working with numbers (full training provided)
Strong attention to detail and a methodical mindset
Clear and confident communicator
Organised, reliable, and able to manage basic tasks and deadlines
Enthusiastic about learning and continuous development
Bonus Skills (Not Essential)
Familiarity with Google Ads, SEO, or Google Analytics
Experience with research tasks or handling data
Previous marketing, business, or analytical experience
Personal projects like blogs, websites, or social accounts
