We’re partnering with a specialist healthcare organisation entering an exciting period of expansion. They are adding strength to their UK team and are seeking a proactive, commercially astute sales professional to own and grow a key region.
The Territory Covering major ophthalmic and hospital accounts across :
Plymouth (Derriford), Dorset County, Musgrove Park, North Devon, Royal Cornwall, Royal Devon & Exeter, Salisbury, Torbay, and Yeovil.
The Role You will develop strong relationships with clinicians and key NHS stakeholders, identify and convert opportunities, and drive growth across a portfolio aligned to glaucoma and ocular surface therapy. You’ll take a structured account management approach, create detailed account plans, and ensure all customer data and interactions are accurately maintained.
What We’re Looking For
Dynamic, driven and excellent communicators
Skilled in territory management and customer engagement
Able to build rapport quickly with healthcare professionals
Confident delivering clinical discussions and presentations
Organised, analytical and comfortable working independentlyABPI qualified or willing to work toward it
Experience in ophthalmology or pharmaceutical sales is an advantage but not essential.
