We're on the hunt for Customer Sales Advisors to join our lively and sales driven Customer Value team ! So, what does a Customer Sales Advisor do? You'll chat with our customers over the phone each day, ensuring they receive exceptional service, whilst focussing on bringing value to every interaction. Think of it as a chance to introduce helpful options like our Multi-Car insurance, which lets you cover several cars under one policy, or our Multi-Cover insurance, bundling car, van, home, and landlord insurance into just one policy. As part of the Customer Value Team, you’ll mainly handle calls from current customers, finding ways to assist them, whether it’s making a change to their policy, adding extra coverage, or resolving general queries. Here, you’ll get to experience our culture for yourself, get a clear understanding of the Customer Sales Advisor role, and finish off with a face-to-face interview with our hiring team.
