The Role On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Sales Manager . In this role you will lead a team of two, guiding them as they support clients and referral partners through the entire quote process. You will drive revenue growth, optimise sales processes, build high-value partnerships, and ensure an excellent experience for all customers and partners.
Responsibilities will include :
Manage, coach, motivate and mentor a team of two to achieve and exceed performance targets.
Build, develop and retain a high-performing team in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
Monitor calls and emails to improve quality, minimise errors and track team performance.
Recruit and retain new team members to support company growth.
Manage sales forecasting, pipeline review, KPI monitoring and performance reporting.
Ensure CRM systems are used effectively to track leads, activity and performance; oversee data quality and reporting.
Analyse sales metrics and conversion to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
