Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Retail Leader to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retail floor, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Work closely with the Team Leader to achieve sales targets, manage labor costs, and maintain high levels of product knowledge.
• Analyze sales data and labor reports to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and excellent service.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and open communication.
• Select, train, and develop Team Members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.

• Minimum 18 months' retail experience, with at least 6 months in a supervisory role.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop Team Members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of support to customers and Team Members alike.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
