Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order sheets and inventory locations.
- Verify picked items against customer orders to ensure correctness.
- Pack items safely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Utilize handheld scanners to track inventory and order status.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to housekeeping standards.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and other warehouse duties as needed.
- Strictly follow all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Contribute to achieving daily team productivity goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a picking, packing, or warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long durations and lifting up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Understanding of basic warehouse and logistics procedures.
- Willingness to comply with all safety requirements, including the use of PPE.
