Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and energetic Warehouse Associates to join our growing team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position is fundamental to our daily operations, ensuring that inventory is managed effectively and orders are fulfilled with precision. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks including receiving and unloading shipments, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch. Your role is critical to maintaining efficient warehouse Logistics and ensuring customer satisfaction. We place a high priority on workplace Safety , and all associates are required to strictly follow safety procedures and wear the appropriate PPE at all times. This role requires physical capability, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and moving throughout the warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, possesses a keen eye for detail, and works well both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods for accuracy and damage.
  • Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations accurately.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
  • Stage outgoing shipments for carrier pickup.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety protocols and correct PPE usage.
  • Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
  • Perform regular physical duties including bending, reaching, and Lifting items up to 50 lbs.
  • Support overall warehouse Logistics and operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions accurately.
  • Proficiency in using RF scanners and basic computer systems is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Understanding of basic warehouse operations and Logistics .
  • Strong commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
