Seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate for our busy warehouse in San Antonio, Texas. This role is integral to our logistics chain, responsible for ensuring orders are accurately and efficiently processed from start to finish. You will be involved in picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and process incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper receiving and put-away procedures.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and safe, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Utilize and maintain required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
- Inspect products for damage and report any issues.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
- Support other warehouse functions as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move products up to 60 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
