This role is fundamental to our operations, encompassing a variety of tasks designed to ensure the efficient flow of goods. Responsibilities include receiving inventory, accurately stocking shelves, picking and packing customer orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. This position requires consistent physical exertion, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds, extended periods of standing, walking, and bending. Your Safety is our top priority, and all team members are required to strictly adhere to all established Safety protocols and diligently use the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming warehouse inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack items for customer orders.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily operational goals.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics network.
- Engage in duties that involve substantial Lifting and physical movement.
