Are you ready to be a key player in our fast-paced fulfillment center in Colorado Springs, Colorado? We are looking for dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders, from picking and packing to shipping. Your attention to detail and commitment to speed are essential for meeting our service level agreements and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work with a variety of products, utilizing warehouse equipment and systems to track inventory and manage shipments. Safety is paramount in our operations, and all associates are required to follow strict safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a secure working environment. This role involves standing for extended periods, walking, and performing tasks that require moderate to significant lifting. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and eager to contribute to a team-oriented environment. Experience with order fulfillment systems and a background in logistics are beneficial. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Process shipments using shipping software and carrier systems.
- Stage orders for outbound transportation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use all required PPE, including safety vests, gloves, and safety shoes.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Handle packages that require lifting and moving.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce environment is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Capability of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and the use of PPE.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of logistics processes is beneficial.
