Job Summary:
A progressive logistics company in Seattle, Washington, is seeking a diligent Warehouse Associate to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the daily operations of our warehouse, handling everything from inventory management to order fulfillment and shipping. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of Safety. You will work within a supportive team environment, contributing to the efficient and accurate flow of goods within our supply chain. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices.
  • Sort, label, and stock merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using pick lists or scanners.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring proper labeling.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks, utilizing appropriate equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking as required.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (if certified).
  • Support team members and contribute to overall logistics efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform manual Lifting tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all assigned tasks.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all safety guidelines.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety vests, gloves, and safety shoes.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
