Job Summary:
We are hiring a Distribution Center Associate in Denver, Colorado, to be a key player in our supply chain operations. This role involves a wide range of tasks critical to the efficient functioning of our distribution center, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. The ideal candidate is someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. You will be working in a dynamic setting, handling diverse products and utilizing various warehouse equipment. We emphasize a culture of Safety and encourage our associates to be vigilant and proactive in their roles. This position offers a great entry point into the exciting world of logistics.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming inventory; unload trucks and verify shipments.
  • Stock merchandise accurately into designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers (training provided where necessary).
  • Conduct regular quality checks on products and inventory.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the distribution center.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding Safety.
  • Wear all required PPE, including safety shoes, vests, and gloves as needed.
  • Assist with inventory control tasks and reporting.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform Lifting duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs, consistently.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable working in a physically demanding role, involving standing, walking, bending, and stooping.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and following all safety regulations.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities within the logistics flow.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
