Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Raleigh, North Carolina! We are looking for dedicated individuals to handle the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with speed and accuracy. This role is fundamental to our logistics network, ensuring timely delivery of products to our valued customers. You will be working in a busy warehouse setting, contributing to the smooth operation of our distribution center.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders using order sheets and scanning technology.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, checking for damages and discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and workstations.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock put-away.
- Follow all company guidelines and protocols for Safety and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar environment is preferred.
- Must be capable of performing manual labor, including repetitive motions and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Commitment to wearing required PPE , including safety glasses and footwear.
- Understanding of general Logistics principles is beneficial.
