Our busy logistics facility in Miami, Florida, is looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team! In this role, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. You will work in a dynamic environment where efficiency, accuracy, and safety are paramount. This position is crucial for ensuring that our products are handled with care and delivered to our customers on time. We are committed to maintaining a safe workplace, and all employees must strictly adhere to safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE. Responsibilities:
- Receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming inventory.
- Accurately picking and packing customer orders.
- Assembling and preparing orders for shipment.
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Performing regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE use.
- Meeting established productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Performing tasks that involve lifting and moving boxes and products.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for motivated individuals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift.
- Capability for lifting items up to 40 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Must be willing to wear required PPE.
