Responsibilities:
- Load and unload shipments from trucks and containers.
- Move materials within the warehouse using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment.
- Organize and arrange inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders as needed to support fulfillment operations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Follow all company safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate PPE and practicing safe lifting techniques.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues promptly.
- Work collaboratively with other warehouse staff and supervisors.
- Understand and execute tasks related to general logistics and material handling.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Capability for frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and procedures.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
