Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Package items with care, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Verify that the correct items and quantities are picked and packed.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and update system records.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workstation and surrounding areas.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including safe lifting practices and the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory control tasks and stock replenishment.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with products or equipment immediately.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
- Support overall warehouse and logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in picking and packing or general warehouse work is a plus.
- Ability to remain active throughout your shift, including standing, walking, and bending.
- Comfortable with lifting items weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Awareness of warehouse safety regulations and proper PPE usage.
