Take on a critical role as an Inventory Control Specialist in the heart of New York City, New York. This position is pivotal to the accuracy and efficiency of our logistics operations. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting cycle counts, reconciling inventory discrepancies, and ensuring the accuracy of stock levels in our warehouse management system. You will investigate and resolve any stock-related issues, contributing to a seamless supply chain. This role requires a meticulous approach, strong analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with other warehouse teams to ensure proper storage, handling, and tracking of all inventory. Adherence to all safety procedures, including the use of appropriate PPE, is essential. While this role may involve some lifting and movement of inventory, the focus is on accuracy and data management. Experience with inventory management software and proficiency in Excel are highly desirable. The ideal candidate is highly organized, methodical, and possesses excellent problem-solving abilities.
