Are you a dedicated, compassionate, and highly skilled Physician Assistant looking for a rewarding long-term career? *Health 210*, one of the fastest-growing primary care and obesity medicine practices in San Antonio, is seeking a talented PA to join our dynamic clinical team at our *Medical Center and Stone Oak location*.
*Position: Physician Assistant (PA)Location:* Medical Center and Stone Oak – Health 210
*Employment Type:* Full-Time (In-Person)
*Schedule:* Monday–Friday | No weekends | No after-hours responsibilities

Base Pay: 100-120K
*About the Role*
As a PA at Health 210, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional, patient-centered primary and obesity medicine care. You will enjoy excellent clinical autonomy, strong administrative support, and a collaborative team-based environment.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations
* Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
* Develop evidence-based treatment and preventive care plans
* Educate patients on health maintenance, weight management, and disease prevention
* Maintain compliant and detailed documentation in the EMR
* Collaborate closely with physicians, MAs, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
* Contribute to a positive and efficient clinic culture
*Qualifications*
* Current PA licensure in Texas
* Board certification (FNP, AGNP, PA, or equivalent)
* Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
* Strong commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive practice environment
