Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve challenging revenue targets and expand market share across the EMEA region.
Proactively create, cultivate and enhance high-value relationships with current and prospective channel partners and large-scale end-users throughout the EMEA region.
Lead and mentor a field sales team, providing guidance, coaching and support to drive performance and ensure the achievement of assigned personal and team business targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Management and Customer Success to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
Monitor market trends, the competitive landscape and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales initiatives.
Lead and participate in complex sales negotiations and contract discussions to ensure favourable terms and conditions for all parties.
Develop and monitor metrics to measure performance and quotas, and manage the sales forecast with the team using our CRM (Salesforce).
Drive a highly effective, dynamic and team-oriented culture within the sales organisation; facilitate the professional development of the sales team and organise effective onboarding for new team members.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience (ideally 5 years) leading channel sales professionals across international markets (EMEA preferred).
Extensive and demonstrable experience in direct sales (ideally 10 years) with a sustained track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas, preferably within the security SaaS or information security industries.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills capable of conveying ideas and complex information concisely, professionally and catering to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification and demonstrable sales leadership experience.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time across the region, including regular presence in our London, UK and Amsterdam NL offices.
Preferred Skills
A master's degree is preferred.
Proven success in selling complex technology-based solutions or services.
Experience in the access control or physical security industry.
Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and SaaS models.
Strong network of contacts within the security industry across EMEA.
Fluency in multiple languages spoken within the EMEA region (e.g. German, Dutch).
Compensation The compensation package for this full-time position offers a base salary of 86,000 – 104,000 per annum (with on-target earnings of 150,000 – 168,000). Individual compensation packages are structured competitively with incentives linked directly to the achievement of assigned business goals.
