What you’ll be doing Supporting the CRM Manager with the day-to-day campaign planning of all CRM communication at NET-A-PORTER to help deliver our channel KPIs, ensuring all campaigns are in our brand voice, and delivering compelling and commercial content.
Manage end-to-end email and push campaigns: campaign planning, calendar execution, gathering requirements from all email stakeholders, briefing the editorial and creative teams, creating audience segments and communicating feedback and project updates.
Build relationships with cross functional teams such as Creative Production, Fashion, Brand Partnerships, Site Trading, Editorial etc who are instrumental in planning our CRM communication at NET-A-PORTER
Analysing performance of NET-A-PORTER CRM activities versus benchmarks or targets, historic trends and identifying the insight, learnings for further optimisation in future planning. Continuously iterating on ways to improve the customer experience based on these recommendations.
Collaborating with the email production team to ensure our communications are delivered to Service Levels, to budget and on time, to the highest of standard.
Collaborating closely with creative colleagues to ensure creative utilised is best practice and most effective to engage targeted audiences.
Owning the feedback loop between Senior Management, CRM and Creative Production, ensuring that feedback is recorded and the calendar is updated accordingly and accurately
Team lead for Sale or any other promo campaign (e.g. retention promo, CRM promo). Responsible for coordinating all campaign content, liaising with other teams to confirm brand/category information, building out Moveable Ink components, end-to-end briefing and proofing, confirming send times and any relevant out of hours support, leading completion of asset briefs etc.
Troubleshooting and highlighting areas of the CRM process which could be improved to make the creation and deployment of communications more efficient and automated.
Requirements / Qualifications The type of person we are looking for:
2/3 years’ experience in similar role (CRM or Direct marketing)
Experience working with data platforms (Tableau, GA4 preferred)
Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of data protection legislation e.g. GDPR
Experience in luxury or fashion retail advantageous but not essential
Proven ability to work quickly and effectively with an eye for detail.
Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas.
Excellent organisational skills.
Can work independently in a structured manner.
Ability to think clearly and calmly when faced with issues or conflicting priorities.
Flexible attitude and ability to work in a fast paced and reactive environment.
