Join a purpose-driven team dedicated to making financial education accessible and empowering. This role is ideal for a creative and organised junior content creator or videographer eager to build their portfolio while supporting a small business focused on financial wellbeing. You will collaborate with the team once per month, ideally in person in Cheltenham or London, to batch-record engaging video content for social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. There is also the opportunity to produce a longer YouTube video each month. Your input on content ideas, hooks, and captions will be valued as you help shape the company’s online presence and contribute to meaningful, educational content.
Deliverables
Record and edit short-form video content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
Plan and batch-produce video content during monthly in-person sessions
Contribute creative ideas for content, hooks, and captions
Assist in the production of one longer YouTube video per month
Ensure all content aligns with the company’s values and mission of financial wellbeing
Collaborate with the team to maintain a consistent and engaging social media presence
Requirements
Experience with video recording and editing, especially for social media platforms
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple content pieces
Creative mindset with a willingness to suggest new ideas and approaches
Interest in financial wellbeing, education, or purpose-led content
Ability to work in person in Cheltenham or London once per month
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
