Utilizes the nursing process to provide direct patient care for nurse visits in the ambulatory care setting per clinic staffing models. *Utilizes the nursing process to provide direct patient care for telephone triage in the ambulatory care setting per clinic staffing models. *Responsible for Medication Refill Management as an agent of the provider using approved nursing protocols. *Ensures safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered care of patients. SKILLS: Licensure: State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License Academic Preparation: *Degree from accredited academic nursing program (If a program is under conditional status, approval may be granted by system CNO) *Professional Requirements/Emergency Response: Maintains current training in following: *BLS (AHA Healthcare Provider) required for all *Specialty Care Clinics: Oncology Chemotherapy certification *Urgent Care: ACLS, PALS *Pediatric Urgent Care: PALS Experience: Minimum New graduate or experienced nurse from an accredited nursing program *Full time Work Shift: Weekday Schedule Monday-Friday (United States of America) Provides high quality professional nursing services in a variety of settings.
