? Your Role as an Early Years Educator 

• Plan and deliver engaging educational activities
• Create safe, inclusive learning environments
• Build strong relationships with families as a Key Person
• Track and report on children’s progress through observations and assessments

? What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in early years education/childcare
• Experience working with children under 5
• Empathy, energy, and great communication skills
• Previous experience as an Early Years Educator , Nursery Assistant, Nursery Nurse, or Nursery Practitioner
