CATCH Steak Aspen is a globally influenced seafood-restaurant set in the West Hollywood design district. With its signature, open kitchen and breathtaking views of downtown Los Angeles & the Hollywood Hills, the 340 seats retractable rooftop haven invites the outside in as it blends great seafood with sushi and Asian influences and streaming, shareable style of service with a unique, open-air dining room and elevated, interactive atmosphere. With a focus on the food CATCH Steak Aspen keeps it fresh, incorporating local and sustainable ingredients wherever possible as it cultivates a menu mix of Catch classics with inspired renditions of Vegan and Gluten-Free additions.

Requirements:
- Oversee all operations in the kitchen under direct supervision of Executive Chef and Chef De Cuisine
- Exercise quality control over food products, work procedures, and sanitary standards
- Co-create and develop menu items and specials with Executive Chef and Chef De Cuisine.
- Oversee the kitchen's daily production, food preparation and all kitchen personnel
- Be responsible for ordering and receiving ingredients
- Lead team to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction
- Strong work ethic, motivated, self-sufficient, able to work under pressure, and have a willingness to learn
- Energetic and friendly personality, with an ability to work as part of a cohesive team to support colleagues regardless of the role
- Full and open availability to work days, nights, weekends and scheduled events is required
- Rigorously apply Colorado Department of Health and company food handling standards
- Knowledgeable and in strict compliance with all city, state and federal requirements pertaining to sanitary, health and safety for staff and customers
- Proven ability in teaching and mentoring kitchen employees
- Strong multi-task ability.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
