Chef de Partie Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Chef in the daily running of service in a fast-paced and creative environment located in an outdoor paradise.

• Assist the Chef with menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.


• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in all aspects of kitchen operations.


• Liaise with suppliers to source fresh produce and ingredients while ensuring quality control measures are implemented.
  Key Skills:
  h4Required Qualifications:
  A culinary diploma or degree is preferred. You have experience working as a sous chef or senior cook. Alternatively relevant work experience may be considered. Experience working outdoors would be helpful but not necessary for this position.
  You must possess strong communication skills along with great interpersonal abilities allowing you collaborate effectively
