Food Preparation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Prepared Foods Production Team Member. This position involves preparing, serving, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.

• This team member will be responsible for assisting with production for all Prepared Foods venues, ensuring products meet quality guidelines, and documenting waste and spoilage.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask are essential in this fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and serve food in accordance with company standards and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Assist with production for all Prepared Foods venues, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Document waste and spoilage, providing accurate reports to management.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary arts or related field preferred.
• 1+ years experience in food preparation and service; manufacturing or production experience beneficial.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HACCP and sanitation procedures; knowledge of food safety regulations desirable.
