Prepared Foods Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our Prepared Foods team.

• Team Leadership : Assist the Team Leader in daily operations, including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects.
• Store Layout and Merchandising : Develop and maintain creative store layouts and product displays.
• Sales and Labor Management : Work with the Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Product Knowledge : Demonstrate advanced product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products.
• Vendor Relationships : Maintain good vendor relationships, develop new vendor connections, and ensure all necessary paperwork is submitted for processing.
• Departmental Oversight : Function as point person and department head in the absence of the Team Leader.

• 18+ months of retail Team Member experience
• 6+ months of supervisory experience
