Exceptional Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Prepared Foods Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our Prepared Foods team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

• Prepare, present, and serve a wide variety of hot and cold foods, including meats, cheeses, sandwiches, burritos, wraps, salads, and pizza.


• Sample products to customers, answering questions and making recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.


• Stock hot and cold cases and displays with prepared foods from kitchen, walk-in preparation, and refrigerators, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and dated.


• Rotate stock regularly to ensure freshness and minimize waste.


• Participate in maintaining a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment, adhering to all company standards for cleanliness and safety.


• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned, ensuring accuracy of signs and pricing.


• Immediately report any safety hazards or violations.

Requirements:

• Able to work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people.


• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.


• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.


• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
