Dedicated Food Preparation Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled individual to join our Prepared Foods team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold foods, including meats, cheeses, sandwiches, burritos, wraps, salads, and pizza.

Your expertise will also include sampling products to customers and answering questions about our offerings. Additionally, you will restock hot and cold cases with prepared foods from our kitchen, walk-in preparation area, and refrigerators.

To ensure product freshness, you will check expiration dates and rotate stock as needed. Furthermore, you will participate in periodic inventory checks and ensure accurate product pricing and signage.

• No prior retail experience is necessary; however, a passion for natural foods and our mission is essential.
• You should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
• Able to thrive in fast-paced environments and work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work safely in various conditions, including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, and reaching.

• Bale and consolidate recyclables, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist Team Leaders in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items.
• Complete tasks such as spoilage checks, temperature logs, and sweep worksheets as required.
