The Group Marketing & Brand Activation team focuses on executing brand strategies and developing global marketing campaigns that can be adapted across international markets. The primary objectives are to enhance brand visibility, generate lead opportunities, contribute to customer experience, drive customer expansion and loyalty, and ultimately support business growth – in close collaboration with the Go-To-Market team and global stakeholders Independently drive the execution of impactful marketing and brand activation initiatives within the framework of the global marketing strategy Identify customer needs and translate complex topics into compelling, customer-centric stories and content that resonate across diverse markets and touchpoints Design and implement end-to-end international marketing and lead generation campaigns – from strategic planning to execution, including customer journey management across online and offline channels, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization based on insights Collaborate closely with Go-To-Market, Regional Marketing Managers, Product Marketing and Sales teams to align cross-regional marketing activities and customer journeys, ensuring a consistent and effective experience across touchpoints Guide, produce and re-purpose high-quality, creative content assets across digital and offline channels (e.g. web, social media, sales enablement, events) Stay at the forefront of marketing, content creation, and storytelling trends to ensure our brand communication remains impactful and forward-thinking What you bring with you University degree (Bachelor's or higher) in Marketing, Communications, Business,or a related field Multiple years of experience in B2B marketing, including exposure to agency environments, with a strong emphasis on storytelling, content creation, and campaign management in an international context Proven ability to conceptualize and execute creative, high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple channels and regions, with a strategic mindset to drive business growthInnovative mindset with a passion for identifying new formats, tools, and storytelling approaches that enhance audience engagement Proven experience in improving the customer onboarding experience and drivingup-selling and cross-selling opportunities through targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and tailored messaging Enthusiasm for brand building and deep understanding of content strategy, paired with a strong sense for storytelling that elevates the customer experience Hands-on experience with CRM, CMS, and marketing automation tools, with the ability to derive insights from data to inform content and campaign strategies Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills – structured, reliable, and with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Business Fluent in English and German is required, additional languages are a plus General conditions: permanent employment contract, mobile and flexible working, trust-based working hours, vacation and Christmas bonuses, 30 days' vacation Your start: extensive onboarding phase with individually planned induction, e-learning, internal and external training, international start-up week Well-being: free parking, free drinks, health management, joint events and sports events Development: training and development opportunities through our internal P&C Academy or external training courses, exciting development prospects at national and international level (professional and/or hierarchical) Extras: employer contribution to capital-forming benefits, latest-generation mobile devices (iPhone, Surface / iPad) also for private use, bicycle leasing, EGYM Wellpass, Workation, discounted leasing of new IT devices for private use, corporate benefits: discounts with brand suppliers We look forward to meeting you!
