sales professional with a solid background in the polyolefin (PE and PP) distribution sector , who is confident in generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and navigating the plastics market in the UK with deep industry insight. Important : At least 5 years of
direct sales experience working for a polyolefin distributor
is an
essential requirement . Candidates without this specific background will not be considered. Proactively develop new business and cultivate strong relationships to achieve ambitious goals. Improve our market position by identifying new opportunities and actively promoting our products and services. Ensure top-notch customer service, addressing queries and minimising complaints. Meet key objectives for customer base growth and sales volume. Generate sales agreements within established pricing parameters. Conduct sales visits and propose strategic actions to achieve sales objectives. Report directly to the European Sales Director , aligning with strategic commercial objectives at a regional level. Previous experience working for a polyolefin distributor (PE/PP)

mandatory . Solid knowledge of the UK plastics market and familiarity with potential clients (converters, manufacturers, etc.). Technical university studies (chemical engineering, industrial engineering, etc.) – desirable. Strong communication skills and understanding of the full sales cycle. Teamwork ability, especially with Customer Service and Supply Chain departments. Driving license. Languages: Advanced level of English (able to hold meetings in English); Spanish is a plus.
