Hotel Sales Manager
who’s ready to drive corporate business, build strong local partnerships, and make Moxy the talk of the town.
Your Mission You’re the ultimate
Moxy ambassador
— confident, connected, and all about results. You’ll lead the charge on
corporate sales , grow key local and national accounts, and make sure Belfast’s business travellers know exactly where the fun, fresh, and functional choice is.
What You’ll Be Doing
Driving Corporate Sales
– You’ll seek out and secure new business from corporate clients across Belfast, Northern Ireland, and beyond.
Building Local Relationships
– You know the Belfast business scene inside out and use those connections to keep Moxy front of mind for companies and travel bookers.
Representing the Brand
– Attend
trade shows, networking events, and corporate showcases , flying the Moxy flag and building visibility in the market.
Boosting the Buzz
– From local partnerships to creative promotions, you’ll help make sure Moxy Belfast City stays top of everyone’s list.
Hitting Targets (and Then Some)
– You’re all about results — driving revenue, filling rooms, and celebrating the wins in true Moxy style.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum
2 years’ experience
in
hotel sales
(corporate focus preferred)
A
sales superstar
with a proven record of proactive business development
Strong knowledge of the Belfast and NI corporate market
A
natural networker
– confident, charming, and great at building long‑term relationships
Energetic, outgoing, and creative
– you bring the Moxy vibe everywhere you go
Results‑driven
– you thrive on smashing targets and seeing your work pay off
