THE ROLE We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Sales and Marketing Administrator
to support our sales and marketing teams. This role plays a critical part in coordinating marketing initiatives, managing sales data, ensuring smooth operational processes and a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and customer follow‑up.
Process sales orders and assist with client account management – manage order entry process in ERP system.
Act as a point of contact for customers, assist in handling customer complaints and track shipments.
Maintain and update CRM systems and customer records.
Assist the sales team with lead generation, follow‑up, and customer inquiries.
Marketing support
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital content.
Maintain marketing calendars and coordinate deadlines.
Help create and distribute marketing materials (brochures, presentations, event materials).
Track campaign performance metrics and prepare summary reports.
Coordinate trade shows, events, and promotional activities.
Act as an ambassador of the brand and support all marketing events and digital marketing activities.
Track and analyse sales and marketing data to support strategic decisions.
Reporting to: Sales Director/ General Manager – HESCO
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Education, experience and general skills
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing support role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Ability to analyse data and generate reports.
Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy.
