*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Chiropractor to join our healthcare team, committed to improving patient well-being through expert musculoskeletal care. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients experiencing a variety of physical discomforts, focusing on restoring mobility and alleviating pain. Your energetic approach will help motivate patients toward healthier lifestyles while delivering comprehensive chiropractic services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology, combined with a passion for patient care and holistic health. Starting schedule would be 3 days per week, Thursday-Saturday, with potential to add 1-2 more days in the near future.
*Duties*
* Conduct thorough patient observations and assessments to identify musculoskeletal issues and underlying causes of pain
* Perform physical examinations, including range of motion tests and neurological assessments, to develop accurate care plans
* Utilize diagnostic tools such as medical imaging reports to inform treatment strategies
* Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating techniques like trigger point therapy, manual adjustments, and soft tissue therapies
* Manage acute pain episodes effectively while providing ongoing care for chronic conditions
* Educate patients on injury prevention, posture correction, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term health
* Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups and adjust treatment protocols accordingly
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in occupational health settings to support workplace wellness initiatives
*Experience*
* Proven experience as a Chiropractor with a strong background in primary care and pain management
* Knowledge of patient observation techniques, physical examinations, and patient assessment procedures
* Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and the interpretation of medical imaging reports
* Hands-on experience with trigger point therapy and other manual therapy techniques
* Ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs
* Strong understanding of physiology principles related to musculoskeletal health and injury recovery
* Excellent communication skills for educating patients about their conditions and treatment options
* Prior experience working within occupational health or similar healthcare environments is preferred
