Our client, a boutique financial services firm, is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join their growing technology team. This is a fully remote role, offering the opportunity to work on meaningful, business‑critical Salesforce solutions within a collaborative and agile environment.
The Role As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and enhancing Salesforce applications that support core business processes. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to translate requirements into scalable, high‑quality technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customise Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools
Design and maintain integrations with third‑party systems
Build and optimise flows, validations, and automation
Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system improvements
Contribute to the overall Salesforce roadmap and technical strategy
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer
Strong hands‑on experience with Apex and Lightning (LWC or Aura)
Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration and automation tools
Experience working with integrations and APIs
Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, security, and data models
