Responsible for executing a desired user experience in adherence to the brand and design guidelines agreed within the business across our digital channels. Utilization of insight and research to continuously test and optimize. Key Duties and Responsibilities
Create wireframes mockups and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows. Design intuitive user-centered interfaces that enhance usability and engagement. Develop visually compelling layouts and design assets that align with brand guidelines. Use Figma (and related tools) to design collaborate and iterate quickly. Collaborate with product managers developers and other stakeholders to translate requirements into elegant functional designs. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions. Produce content that complements the visual design including microcopy UI text and supporting documentation. Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides. Qualification & Experience
Proven and relevant UX design experience; including user Strong experience in developing wireframing for websites and apps Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Experience of working in multiple work streams in complex agile environments Validated knowledge and experience of applying brands to digital platforms Strong visual and brainstorming skills with the ability to confidently sketch interfaces in cross functional collaborative teams Skills and Behaviours
Knowledge of prototyping and design tools such as Sketch Marvel Invision and Figma Knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript Grade:
