Delivering high-quality management information that supports effective business decisions Ensuring consistency in reported data and improving processes in line with our data strategy Identifying and prioritising business data requirements to enhance reporting and insights Collaborating with stakeholders to respond to ad-hoc information requests efficiently Building strong relationships across teams and providing guidance on data best practices Adhering to governance standards and maintaining accurate documentation and user guides Supporting fair customer outcomes by ensuring accuracy in all customer-related data Driving continuous improvement in data processes and reporting capabilities Qualifications
Proven experience working with large datasets and strong attention to detail Ability to manipulate and transform data to create reliable datasets Skilled in producing management information using analytical tools Proficiency in advanced Excel functions including pivot tables and macros Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau (desirable) Knowledge of database technologies like Snowflake and SQL (desirable) Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams Ability to plan and prioritise workload to meet deadlines and deliver impact Benefits
