Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop project teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Work on exciting water projects that have a significant impact on communities and the water sector as a whole.
Partner with top water clients across the UK & Ireland, shaping the future of the industry.
Design sustainable solutions that minimise environmental impact and maximise social benefits.
Champion sustainable development, delivering infrastructure projects that adapt to climate change.
Work across the project lifecycle in asset planning, strategy, concept design, outline design and detailed design.
Identify innovative and sustainable solutions, collaborate with the client, plan technical delivery and lead the multidisciplinary team throughout the project.
Work alongside the Project Manager to deliver best value and client service excellence and leverage Stantec’s world‑class expertise.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree qualified (or equivalent) engineer, ideally chartered or a member of a relevant engineering institution (e.g., ICE). Support can be given to achieve chartership if required.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within the engineering or utilities sectors, delivering expert design solutions to clients.
A passion for solving engineering problems and the confidence to drive through challenging solutions.
