Data Engineer / Data Analyst We’re partnering with a start‑up consultancy focused on motor finance remediation to appoint a Data Engineer / Data Analyst. This role will build and manage the firm's data and knowledge fabric – the foundation for its AI‑driven analytics and remediation tools.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build and maintain data pipelines from multiple structured and unstructured sources.
Cleanse, organise and model data for advanced analytics and reporting.
Develop data glossaries and manage metadata for internal and client‑facing use.
Implement and administer knowledge frameworks to connect and enrich data assets.
Build dashboards and reports to surface insights for business and client stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, data‑driven solutions.
Requirements
Hands‑on experience with data engineering and analytics tools.
Strong understanding of data management, modelling and integration practices.
Experience with APIs and connectors for data sourcing.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
Comfortable working in a collaborative, high‑growth environment.
Prior exposure to financial services or regulated industries is advantageous.
Benefits Permanent contract. Salary to be discussed.
