Senior AI Engineer
to help define and deliver our AI strategy from the ground up. You’ll work across the stack — from model training and evaluation to deployment and monitoring — embedding intelligence into both our products and our own operations. What you’ll be doing: Build and deploy AI-powered solutions in classification, personalization, generation, and search. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver impactful, scalable AI features. Design and evolve ML infrastructure: model tracking, CI/CD for ML, serving patterns, experimentation. Prototype and ship AI automations to boost team productivity. Keep us ahead of the curve with the latest model capabilities. 6+ years software development experience, with 4+ years building & deploying ML/AI systems. Strong Python skills and familiarity with modern backend stacks. Solid ML fundamentals and production deployment experience. Cloud (GCP preferred), containers, and MLOps tooling expertise. Bonus: experience with RAG, foundation models, or regulated industries. Shape the AI roadmap at a pivotal stage of growth. Collaborative, ambitious, and product-focused team.
