We are an established and expanding personal injury law firm with a primary focus on auto, premises liability, and workplace injury cases. We are *seeking motivated litigation attorneys at both the entry level (0–2 years of experience) and mid-level (3–6 years of personal injury litigation experience)* who are eager for the opportunity to contribute to and grow with our continued success.
You’ll work alongside a seasoned support team and managing attorneys while handling your own caseload from filing through resolution. The department focuses on motor vehicle and other non-catastrophic injury cases, allowing for high-volume experience, trial exposure, and measurable growth within a structured system. It is an ideal position for someone aspiring to become a top-level trial attorney.
*Responsibilities*
* Manage an active litigation docket with paralegal and staff support.
* Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; take and defend depositions.
* Attend hearings, mediations, and trials as lead or co-counsel.
* Evaluate case value and participate in settlement strategy and negotiation.
* Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and adjusters.
* Collaborate closely with managing partners and senior trial attorneys on litigation strategy.
*Qualifications and Experience:*
* Required: Juris Doctor (JD) and must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas.
* Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license.
* Between 0 - 6 years of personal injury litigation experience required.
* Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
