Location & Hybrid London, United Kingdom Hybrid: Tuesdays and Thursdays in the London office; up to 22 working days per year to work from anywhere.
Responsibilities
Deepen understanding of CRM programmes and optimise the customer journey in partnership with marketing and analytics teams.
Collaborate and influence marketing teams to drive informed, data‑guided decisions.
Monitor, report, and diagnose trends in KPIs, automating processes where possible, and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
Develop analytical tools and models to improve analytical capabilities and support decision‑making across marketing channels.
Qualifications
Proficiency in SQL essential; Python for automation, modelling, and experimentation.
Senior analyst experience in a CRM or customer‑focused analytical role.
Strong communication skills: scope projects, disseminate results, and instill confidence with key internal stakeholders.
Experience with analytical and BI tooling such as Tableau; familiarity with Git, dbt, and other modern tooling is a plus.
Experience building complex operational & financial models, synthesising recommendations, and presenting to senior executives.
Strong prioritisation and urgency; understand that not every task is urgent, but every day is.
